Title to Merchandise
Title to all merchandise will remain with Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. until complete payment in accordance with a Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. invoice has been made in full as specified by said invoice. Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. reserves all legal rights to repossess all unpaid merchandise as legally allowed with the minimum required legal actions necessary.

Invoice Errors
Any invoice discrepancies, errors, omissions, or mistakes must be reported to Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. within ten (10) days of the invoice date. Failure to report discrepancies, errors, omissions, or mistakes within ten (10) days of the invoice date signifies that the existing invoice may be termed valid and binding without further recourse to alteration.

Damaged Merchandise
The individual who has purchased merchandise from Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. is responsible for the inspection of all merchandise received and it is the responsibility of said individual to notify Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. within a period of ten (10) days starting from the merchandise's invoice date of any problems with the merchandise purchased.

Pertaining to all merchandise offered for sale by Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc., the quantities of merchandise displayed may be limited so that the displayed merchandise will only be available for sale during a period of time that will last until all merchandise inventories owned by Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. have been sold.

Except for special sale merchandise or unique promotional events, Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc. will never knowingly or purposefully display merchandise for sale that is unavailable from our wholesalers or from any other source that sells the merchandise at a reasonable cost as determined by Keepsakes Framing & Floral Inc.
