It's just now spring, but we're already looking ahead to next January and our popular Stitch-Away winter retreat Jan. 13-19, 2025.
Previous attendees were given first chance at reserving their spot in early April.
The remaining spots will be offered to the public beginning Monday, April 22 at 11 a.m. Eastern. A registration link will be posted on our homepage that morning. There are a limited number of spots and reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
To register, fill out the Google Form, where you will provide your name, phone number and email address. After you submit your form, WE WILL CONTACT YOU! Please DO NOT call or email the shop!
We will make phone calls in order of submissions to the form. A Keepsakes staff member will get you completely registered for the retreat over the phone. StitchAway is an "a la carte" retreat, where you choose what and how many days you attend. Each day is $65. Your registration fee does NOT cover your lodging. You are responsible for making your Lodge reservations. You will receive a unique confirmation number from us to give to the Lodge when you complete your registration.
For payments, you can either bring in cash or check (after you’ve gotten the confirmation call from us), or pay with a credit card over the phone. Please note, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee per transaction. We are NOT accepting PayPal payments at this time. If you choose to pay with cash or check, you have ONE WEEK from the date of your confirmation call to complete this payment.
