Stitch Away 2025

A great way to relax and stitch after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season! 

 

Once again in 2025, Stitch Away is a FULL WEEK. We have rented the entire lodge and cabins for our attendees.

• WHEN: Monday, Jan. 13 to Sunday, Jan. 19, 2024

• WHERE: Hueston Woods State Park in Oxford, OH (about 45 minute drive north of Keepsakes)

• COST: $65/day. Stitch Away is an "a la carte" retreat; you choose what and how many days you attend. There is NO COST for Sunday, as we won't have access to the Stitching Room that day. There will be a short activity in the morning, but after that, it's a wrap!

Registration for 2025 opens April 22, 2024. To register, complete the Google form with your contact info. WE WILL CONTACT YOU! Please DO NOT call or email the shop. We will make phone calls on a first come, first served basis in order of submissions on the form. A Keepsakes staff member will then contact you to complete your registration.

 

For payments, you can either bring in cash or check (after you have received confirmation from us) or pay with a credit card over the phone. Please note there will be a 3% credit card processing fee per transaction. We are not accepting PayPal payments at this time. If you choose to pay with cash or check, you have ONE WEEK from the date of your confirmation call to complete this payment.

About the event: After the busy winter holiday season, Stitch Away is a chance to retreat to the woods for a long break away with stitchy friends, both old and new. We have two large stitching rooms and several nooks and crannies throughout the lodge for you to cozy up in! We'll have classes, activities and a shopping annex (a mini Keepsakes!) filled with gorgeous trunk shows from your favorite designers and makers! You can come for however many days you'd like! Come for one day or the whole week...whatever works best for you!

Lodging arrangements are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. To reserve your room, you must call the Hueston Woods Lodge at (513) 664-3510 and ask to be put in the Stitch Away block of rooms. You must provide your Keepsakes confirmation number when booking your room.
