Complete a finishing form for EACH project you would like us to work on. If you have supplies you would like us to use (fabric, frame, Hobby Lobby object!), let us know on the finishing form and make sure we receive them.

 

If you would like your finished piece to look just like the one on the cover of your chart, please provide a photo, plus any templates or written instructions that came with your chart.
