Stitch-Con waitlist opening on Sept. 7

Happy Stitch-Con 2023 Information Day! Get your calendars out, sharpen your pencils, & set your alarms...here's all the important information & dates you need to know to attend Stitch-Con 2023!

WEEKEND A will be: Thurs. June 8th at 10am - Sun. June 11th at 3pm

WEEKEND B will be: Thurs. June 15th at 10am - Sun. June 18th at 3pm

Both will Sharonville Convention Center in Sharonville, OH

You can only attend ONE weekend! Each weekend will host 300 stitchers.

The Stitch-Con 2023 WAIT LIST will go live on: Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022 at 12 p.m. Eastern

We reserve the right to close the wait list at any time. Last year, we closed the wait list after 2.5 hours, with 950 submissions. If you want a spot, be sure to get your name on that list early! A link to the wait list (a Google Form) will be posted to the Stitch-Con website, www.stitch-con.com.

We do NOT guarantee spots to ANYONE. If you attended Stitch-Con in 2022 or any previous years, you are NOT guaranteed a spot at Stitch-Con 2023.

Stitch-Con 2023 INVOICES will go out on: Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022 (if you get in on the first round of invoicing you should have an invoice in your inbox by 10am Eastern)

COST: $200 per person, payable ONLY via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, don't fret, you can check out as a "guest" on PayPal without an account. Upon receipt, you will have ONE WEEK to pay your invoice. You will receive an invoice reminder after 4 days of non-payment.
