Tobacco Basket Ornament Class (2 Parts)

This TWO PART class will teach a painting technique for finishing a Chantelle 141 Design tobacco basket ornament, and then how to finish your stitching on the ornament you paint. You must be present at StitchAway for both Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 9:30 a.m. and Thursday, Jan. 15 at 3:30 p.m. to register for this class.
 
Class One will be painting the ornament.
Class Two will cover how to finish a pre-stitched 40 x 40 pattern of your choosing to fit a 3-inch circle. We will finish this with twisted cord that you will make and a magnetic mount so you can change out the cross stitch as you please.
 
Included in the class price is:
Chantelle 141 Designs tobacco basket ornament
All class supplies for painting and mounting your stitching
 
You must bring with you to class:
A pre-stitched piece of your choosing to fit a 3-inch circle (40 x 40 approx.) (Shannon Christine Designs shares some cute freebies on her Facebook page!)
2 skeins of DMC for twisted cording that will coordinate with your stitching
 
Limit 15 stitchers.
