In 2024, Keepsakes will extend its annual Stitch Away winter retreat to a full week in length. This event has typically been a Wednesday-to-Sunday event, but will span Monday to Sunday in 2024. We have rented the entire lodge and cabins for our attendees.
WHEN: Monday, Jan. 8 to Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024
WHERE: Hueston Woods State Park in Oxford, OH (about 45 minute drive north of Keepsakes)
COST: $65/day with the exception of Sunday, Jan. 14. There is NO COST for Sunday, as we won't have access to the Stitching Room that day. There will be a short activity in the morning, but after that, it's a wrap!
The full week itinerary is still under development and will be shared as soon as we have it.
Registration for 2024 opens March 17, 2023. To register, call Keepsakes at (513) 563-6845 or stop in the shop. When you register, your total amount due MUST be paid IN FULL to hold your spot. You can pay by check, cash, credit card, or PayPal. Please note, there will be a $2 per day processing fee if you pay by credit card.
About the event: After the busy holiday season, Stitch Away is a chance to retreat to the woods for a long break away with stitchy friends, both old and new. The retreat features a large ballroom and several large spaces to stitch in, along with many nooks and crannies throughout the lodge for you to cozy up in! We'll have a shopping annex (a mini Keepsakes!) filled with gorgeous trunk shows from your favorite designers and makers! You can come for however many days you'd like! Come for one day or the whole week...whatever works best for you! Lodging arrangements are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. To reserve your room, you must call the Hueston Woods Lodge at (513) 664-3510 and ask to be put in the Stitch Away block of rooms. The last day to register is Dec. 1, 2023.
